70% DOMINICAN DARK CHOCOLATE:
When deciding on which origin of chocolate for our Mountain Flake Salt, it was rather obvious that we would choose the Dominican 70%. It has a beautiful sweetness that reminds us of caramel and honey, and the light sprinkle of salt brings a delicious contrast to the chocolate.

68% GUATEMALA DARK CHOCOLATE:
This cacao comes from Cacao Verapaz, who sources the best fermented and dried cacao from indigenous Maya and other cacao producers in the lush tropical hills of Guatemala. All cacao is centrally fermented and dried, and carefully selected for our use!
We are excited to bring in a cacao that can rival the vibrancy of Madagascar chocolate. We taste hints of clementine, honey, and black tea.

60% MADAGASCAR MILK CHOCOLATE:
We got our hands on some high quality whole milk powder, and from there we did what we do best: experiment! We made over 15 different batches with varying amounts of cacao, sugar, milk powder, and cacao butter to get the flavour we love. And the one we loved most just happened to have caramelized milk powder.
Imagine the fruity qualities of our Madagascar cacao blended with the rich, toffee like quality of our caramelized milk powder. It's so good, both kid and adult approved, and we think you should try it!
