A $15 shipping discount is available for Thousand helmets (excluding Jr. Kids and Jr. Toddler models). Customers can use the code SHIPTHOU at checkout to activate the discount, and customers will find the price of shipping is discounted by $15 near the end of the checkout process. In the case of returns/exchanges, the customer is responsible for shipping costs. We do not offer free shipping with the purchase of complete bikes. The price to ship a complete bike is determined after the order is placed, and invoiced separately.
Orders ship out of our Gladstone shop within 1-2 business days. Shipping is through Canada Post and occasionally UPS, and shipping charges are calculated during check-out. In-store pick-up is also available, at either our Gladstone or The Well locations. Our web shop is set up for Canadian orders only. We do ship to the US and beyond on an ad-hoc basis. We do not guarantee the timing of deliveries. Once your order leaves our shop, we have no control over shipping. It is the customer's responsibility to file a claim with Canada Post or UPS with regards to delivery guarantees and the condition of the package upon receipt. Fix Coffee + Bikes is not responsible for lost, damaged or late deliveries, though we will work with customers to try to investigate and resolve claims with Canada Post or UPS.
All bikes and bike parts, or any accessory that requires installation, plus all discounted/sale items, are final sale. We do accept returns for exchange or store credit on accessories (that do not require installation), soft goods and coffee gear, purchased at full price. We can also offer a refund on eligible items that are returned minus a 10% restocking fee. For returns, items must be in new condition, unused, with original packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping back to our shop (Ship to: Fix Coffee + Bikes, 1-80 Gladstone Avenue, Toronto, Ontario M6J 3K9). For exchanges, the customer is also responsible for shipping cost of replacement item(s). All returns need to be completed within 30 days of the purchase date (or package delivery date, whichever is latest), with the original receipt. Shipping costs (including those that have been discounted) are final sale, and no credit or refund is applied for those charges.
