By submitting your order you automatically approve these terms & conditions where you are labeled as a customer that enters a binding agreement.

1 Orders

1.1 When the customer orders items via the webshop they agree to complete a purchase agreement.
1.2 While we do our utmost to update our webshop as accurately as possible, the Fix Coffee + Bike's inventory is subject to change. Therefore we reserve the right to, in the event of insufficient stock levels or in the event of unforeseen circumstances, not deliver the requested product(s).
1.3 Fix Coffee + Bikes reserves the right to adjust or alter the price of our products at our discretion at any given time. The same applies to our right to mention the correct price for an item that was incorrectly priced on the webshop at the time of ordering.
1.4 In the case that we are unable to deliver, the customer will be contacted and will be given the opportunity to cancel the order. In the case of an advanced payment your money will be refunded within 30 days. When the product is available for later delivery a new delivery date will be offered. However if is not desirable you will also have the option to cancel the order.
1.5 Fix Coffee + Bikes reserves the right to cancel orders at any time.
1.6 If no payment is made, we will cancel the order.

2 Payment

2.1 We offer a wide range of payment types via:
American Express
2.2 As soon as your order is submitted to our webshop, you will receive a notification e-mail with the details and any optional payment options.

3 Shipping

3.1 We use Canada Post as our shipping partner. Their rates for a particular order will be displayed during the checkout process. When we ship your order you will a receive a tracking code to follow your orders' shipping progress.

4 Return & refund policy

4.1 All sales are final on sale items. After receiving your merchandise you have the right to open the package and check if everything is there, but the product must be returned in an unused state. The item(s) must be returned to us within 30 days after receiving it. The product shall be returned inside all original packaging, price labels etc. without having been tampered with.
Please note that, until the product reaches us, you are responsible for it. Also please return the package together with a tracking number, so we will be able to trace it. Fix Coffee + Bikes is not responsible for return-shipping costs.
4.2 Return Policy Requirements
When the returned merchandise doesn’t meet our requirements we reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange. All the original packaging must be accompanied with the item including accessories, and the item itself must be returned in its original condition. We do not accept shoes or helmets that have been worn (other than to try on for size and fit).
4.3 Am I responsible for the return-shipping costs?
Yes, you are responsible for the return-shipping costs. We strongly recommend purchasing tracking and or delivery confirmation.
4.4 Is it possible to return or exchange my items at the Fix Coffee + Bikes shop?
Yes, it is possible to return or exchange your online bought product at our shop.

5 How to make an Exchange / Exchange Policy

If you want to exchange your product please contact us at [email protected]. The maximum amount of days to exchange your product is 30 days after receiving it. All full price items are eligible for a one time exchange. The same term and conditions apply to exchanges as they do to returns. Note that extra shipping costs may apply to an exchange.

6 Use of content / press

6.1 All the content found on the Fix Coffee + Bikes website and webshop, including logos, photographs, and videos belong to Fix Coffee + Bikes or parties we work with.
