Orders ship out of our Gladstone location within 1-2 business days of purchase. Products are shipped via Canada Post, and occasionally, UPS. Shipping charges are calculated during check out.
In store pick-up is also available at either of our locations. Orders picked up in store are usually ready within one business day, though occasionally we may need additional time to transfer an item between shops.
Complete Bikes
We do ship complete bikes, however shipping is calculated and invoiced separately as bike boxes are, regrettably, too large to ship via Canada Post.

International Shipping
We ship to the US and beyond on an ad-hoc basis. If you live outside Canada and want to place an order, please do contact us.
Returns
All bikes and bike parts, or any accessory that requires installation, plus all discounted/sale items, are final sale.
We do accept returns for exchange or store credit on accessories (that do not require installation), soft goods and coffee gear, purchased at full price. We can also offer a refund on eligible items that are returned minus a 10% restocking fee.
For returns, items must be in new condition, unused, with the original packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping back to our shop.
