 How it Works 

When you bring your bike in we’ll perform a thorough assessment of your bike and its condition. During this process we’ll chat to you about your goals and expectations and come up with an estimate that works for you!

Plus every appointment at Fix comes with a free drip coffee, tea or $3 off any other coffee or beverage. It is in our name after all!

 Tune-Ups 

We hate paying for stuff we don’t need, that's why we adopted our a la carte pricing system. We also get that sometimes though you just want the peace of mind of an annual tune-up. The Fix Up is perfect for a set and forget yearly tune-up or as a starting point for a comprehensive service!

 The Fix-Up 

*Disc Brake Pads: a small $15 per brake cleaning surcharge is required for changing pads on disc brakes due to the additional cleaning and bedding-in time needed for proper disc brake service.

 Add-Ons 

During your appointment we’ll go through anything we notice on your bike and advise a best course of action that works for you, your bike, and your budget. But aside from any specific issues you’re also welcome to add the following to The Fix Up:

 Walk-Ins 

Need a flat fixed? Just swing on by! No appointment needed! We aim to turn around flats within an hour but service is first come, first served.

Want to drop your bike off and have time for an appointment? Don’t worry, we can fit you into our queue at the next slot and reach out to you with a fully customized estimate by text, phone, or email! Plus we'll even give you that coffee when you pickup your bike!

 E-Bikes 

As big fans of active transportation we think e-bikes rule! That said, at present we only have the capacity, software & training to service e-bikes with Bosch or Shimano motors. Sorry!
