Beans ship out or are delivered locally on the 1st of the month. We'll announce the monthly selection on Fix Insta a few days prior - if you'd like to make a substitution or double up on one bag, just shoot us a message and we'll do our best to accommodate. Also, if you'd like your coffee ground, just add a note to your order to let us know how you brew at home (i.e., Aeropress, V60, Chemex, cone drip machine, espresso, French Press, etc.).
